Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and the consulting services offered by Koch Analytics. Each engagement also has a written scope and fee agreed with you before work starts. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Our services

We provide business consulting, analysis and advisory services as described on this website and in each written scope. We recommend and design changes with you. The decisions and results of your business remain yours, and we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in the written scope. Prices exclude VAT and third-party software costs. Diagnostics are paid upfront, sprints in two instalments and partnerships monthly. Overdue invoices may pause work until paid.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. We will sign a confidentiality agreement on request.

Ownership of work

Once you have paid in full, you own the reports, procedures and dashboards we produce for you. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and templates.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, access to the people and data we need, and timely feedback. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Ending an engagement

Partnerships can be ended after the six-month minimum with 30 days’ written notice. Either side may end a project if the other breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
